Overflow capacity
A structured cabling subcontractor for the job you cannot resource
Sooner or later every cabling business lands work it wants but cannot staff in time. We are the crew you put behind your own name when that happens.
Turning work down because the labour is not there costs more than the job. It costs the client relationship, and it teaches the main contractor to call someone else next time.
We supply complete structured cabling crews as a subcontractor, working behind your name. Your client stays your client — we do not approach them, we do not badge the work, and we do not compete with you for the next tender.
What you get is people who have worked together before, a supervisor on site, and a compliance pack in your hands before anyone travels. Our engineers have delivered on live projects for and alongside ONNEC, CBRE, Kinetic IT and Allied Technical Services.
Copper
Cat6, Cat6A and Cat7 first fix and second fix, termination, testing and certification, patching and MAC works.
Containment
Tray, basket and ladder install, cable routing, dressing to spec and labelling to TIA-606.
Fibre
Fusion splicing, MTP/MPO, OTDR and LSPM testing, blown fibre and ducting, full results packs.
Volume at short notice
Crews of two or crews of fifty. We recruit continuously rather than starting a search when your phone rings.
White label
Your PPE, your site rules, your paperwork. We complete your RAMS and your compliance matrix rather than sending loose files.
No poaching, in writing
We work behind cabling businesses and agencies, never alongside them. That is a term of our supply agreement, not a promise.
Where we cover
UK and Ireland for next-week starts. Mainland Europe — France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, Iberia, Poland and Central Europe — with A1 certificates, posting declarations and local site cards handled in-house. Malaysia and Singapore through our own resident crews.
Questions we get asked
- Will you approach my client?
- No. We supply behind your name and we do not contact your clients. It is written into our supply agreement, so it is enforceable rather than a handshake.
- How large a structured cabling crew can you supply?
- From a single specialist up to full crews. Where a programme needs volume fast we mobilise in waves — a first team on site while the rest complete induction and documentation — so the job starts without waiting for everyone.
- Who carries the insurance and the contracts?
- We do. Every operative is engaged under written contract and covered by employer's liability and public liability insurance, with terms mirrored back to back to yours.
- How are the crews priced?
- One day rate per operative, agreed in writing before mobilisation, covering the man, our management and our insurance. Travel and accommodation quoted separately and openly.
- How fast do you answer an enquiry?
- Same working day, with names, rates and availability — including no, when the answer is no. You will not be left waiting on a maybe.
