A structured cabling subcontractor for M&E and fit-out contractors
You hold the main or M&E contract and want the structured cabling package taken off your hands. We install, test, label and hand it over, for one price agreed in writing.
The cabling package lands late in a fit-out and is judged on paper: the test results and the labels. We plan the package around that. Polarity is checked against the drawing before testing starts, and every result is checked against your specification before it goes to the consultant.
Our own site lead runs the package on the tools and reports at the end of each shift, so your package manager has one contact for it.
We work to your programme, your site rules and your RAMS format, and our engineers carry the ECS card for the medium they install.

Copper
Cat6 and Cat6A first and second fix, termination, testing and certification, patching and moves, adds and changes.

Containment
Tray, basket and ladder, cable routing, dressing to the specification and labelling to TIA-606.

Fibre
Fusion splicing, MPO trunks to cassettes, OTDR and light source and power meter testing, blown fibre and ducting.

Tested to your specification
Every link tested to the limit your specification names, with an OTDR where it asks for Tier 2.

Handover
Results named by cable ID in the tester's own files, ports labelled at both ends, and the pack indexed to your specification.

Your paperwork
Your site rules, your RAMS format and your compliance matrix, filled in and sent back complete.

What do you need to price a package?
The drawings, the specification it is tested to, the programme and the site rules. No site name needed for the first look.
Who runs the package on site?
Our own site lead, on the tools. Your package manager has one contact from quote to handover.
Who engages the engineers?
We do. Every engineer works under a written agreement with us, with terms back to back to yours where your subcontract requires it.
How is the package priced?
One price for the scope, agreed in writing, with stage payments set out in the contract. A change to the scope is priced in writing before the work is done.
Will you approach our client?
No. And if our engineers are already on your job through another contractor, we do not approach that job's main contractor or client.
