A data hall needs the most hands for a few weeks of fit-out. Permanent hiring is too slow for that window. Our engineers' cards and right to work are checked before a job exists.
Engineers register with us once. We check their cards, right to work and a site reference, and keep them current. When your request lands, we match the roles, cards and dates to engineers who have told us they are free.
We mobilise in stages: the first engineers start while the rest finish induction.
For a permit holder, we read the conditions printed on the permit as well as checking that it exists. The conditions define what the holder may lawfully do in that country.

Installers
Containment, tray and basket, cable pulling, dressing and labelling, to the drawings and the cable schedule.

Rack and stack
Rack build and alignment, equipment mounting, patching and cross-connects.

Fibre and copper specialists
Splicers and testers: OTDR, light source and power meter, MPO, and Cat6A certification with the result files.

Team leads
On request: a team lead on the tools who briefs the RAMS, runs the daily checks and sends the daily report. Without one, our engineers work to your site manager.

Decommissioning
Structured removal and records where a hall is being stripped.

Nights and weekends
Shift patterns agreed in the proposal. Weekend and overtime work only on the site's written instruction.
Questions we get asked.
How do you handle a request for several engineers at once?
In stages. Tell us the roles, the region and the dates, and we tell you who starts on day one and who follows. If the dates cannot be met, the first reply says so.
How fast can operatives be on site?
Start and replacement times go in writing with each PO. In the UK the clock starts when we hold the PO, the site address, the induction and RAMS requirements and confirmed access. In Europe the posting paperwork sets the date, and we start it the day the rate is agreed.
What checks are done before an operative is offered?
Right to work, with any permit conditions read. Card type and expiry for the role. A site reference. The documents the site's induction asks for. If one is missing, the operative is not offered.
Do operatives arrive inducted?
They arrive with everything the induction asks for already submitted. Where a client runs its own portal, we fill it in directly.
Can you cover night shift and weekends?
Yes. Shift patterns are agreed in the proposal, and weekend or overtime work is charged only where the site has instructed it in writing.
Do you charge a fee if we take someone on permanently?
There is no introduction fee. Any transfer terms are set out in the supply agreement before anyone starts.
Who do we deal with day to day?
One named contact for the whole booking.

We reply with who is free and the paperwork the site needs. On active projects, the same working day. No site name needed yet.
