If you have won more than your own bench can cover, we supply the extra cabling and fibre engineers under your name, from one engineer to a full team.
The client wants a team on site by a date. We supply carded cabling and fibre engineers on a day rate, and they work to your programme and your site manager.
Your client stays your client. We do not badge the work, and we do not appear in front of the client unless you put us there.
Before a name reaches you, we check right to work and the ECS or CSCS card type and expiry, and collect the induction documents your site asks for. For work abroad, the posting paperwork that country needs goes with the name.
Turn a brief down and the client calls someone else next time. We supply the engineers under your name so you can take it.

Your PPE, your site rules and your documents. We fill in your RAMS and your compliance matrix and send them back complete.

Right to work, card type and expiry, and the induction documents your site asks for, sent before anyone travels.

A1 certificates, posting declarations and local site cards such as the Carte BTP in France, per person and per posting, on one UK contract.

Per engineer, in writing before anyone travels. Travel and accommodation on separate lines. No introduction fee.

Send the country, the roles and the dates. If we cannot cover it, the first reply says so.

Are you a recruitment agency?
We supply contract engineers on a day rate, under our own contract, behind whoever engages us. We do not take permanent placements from your clients.
How do I know you will not approach my client?
It is in writing. The supply agreement says we do not approach your client, during the job or after it.
What sort of brief suits you best?
A team needed by a date, a short-notice European requirement, or a country where the posting paperwork is the hold-up.
How is it priced?
One day rate per engineer, agreed in writing before travel. Travel and accommodation are quoted on separate lines, so you can see what you are marking up.
What if the client extends the booking?
Extensions stay at the same rate unless the shift pattern changes.
How quickly do you reply?
On active projects, the same working day. A new brief gets a reply with who is free and what the paperwork needs. If we cannot cover it, that reply says so.
