Supplier to agency
A cabling crew agency that works behind your name
If you place people into data centre and infrastructure projects, we are not your competitor. We are the supplier you use when a brief is eight bodies by a date rather than one CV.
There is a request every construction recruiter and every contractor recognises: the client does not want a candidate, they want a crew, and they want it in a fortnight. Placement processes are not built for that. Ours is.
We supply complete cabling and fibre crews as a subcontractor, delivered behind your name. Your client stays your client. We do not badge the work, we do not appear in front of them unless you put us there, and we do not tender against you afterwards. That is written into the supply agreement rather than promised on a call.
The commercial logic is simple. You hold a relationship you have spent years building. Turning down a resourcing brief because it is the wrong shape costs that relationship far more than the margin on the job. We exist so you can say yes.
What you get is not a list of names. It is a crew with a working supervisor, a single day rate agreed in writing before mobilisation, and a complete compliance pack per operative issued before anyone travels — right to work, A1 certificates, cards, tickets, medicals and competence evidence, in your format or your client's portal.
It works the same way for contractors carrying more work than their own bench covers. Overflow is not a failure of planning; it is what winning looks like. The failure is having no way to absorb it.
You keep the client
We supply behind your name and do not approach your clients — a term of the agreement, not a courtesy. No badging, no business cards, no follow-up.
Crews, not candidates
Fibre splicers and testers, structured cabling teams, containment, rack and stack, and working supervisors — supplied as units that have worked together.
Compliance done first
The full documented pack reaches you before mobilisation, so your client sees a supplier who is ahead of the paperwork rather than chasing it.
Cross-border handled
A1 certificates, posting declarations, Carte BTP, SOKA-BAU, ECS and CSCS, travel and accommodation — one package, one invoice, one UK contract.
Same-day answers
Send the country, the trades, the headcount and the dates and you get a straight answer that working day — including no, when the answer is no.
No fees between us
No introduction fee and no transfer fee. We make our money on the day rate, not on trapping anyone in a contract.
Where we cover
United Kingdom and Ireland, and mainland Europe across France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and Austria — all contracted from GO2DataWorks Ltd in the UK. In Asia-Pacific we hold our own crews for the Johor–Singapore hyperscale corridor and can mobilise European splicing and testing specialists into the region.
Questions we get asked
- Are you a recruitment agency?
- No. We are a labour supplier. We do not place candidates into your clients' permanent roles and we do not compete with you for placements. We put crews on site under our own contract and insurance, behind whoever engages us.
- How do I know you will not approach my client?
- It is a term of our supply agreement, so it is enforceable rather than trust-based. Practically, our business is repeat volume from partners; going around one of them would end that in a week.
- What sort of brief suits you best?
- Anything where the answer is a crew rather than a CV: a European requirement landing at short notice, a volume booking beyond what your pool covers, or a country where the labour paperwork is the obstacle.
- How is it priced?
- One day rate per operative, agreed in writing before travel, covering the operative, our management and our insurance. Travel and accommodation quoted separately and openly so you can see exactly what you are marking up.
- Can you white-label the crew?
- Yes. Your PPE, your site rules, your documentation. We complete your RAMS and your compliance matrix rather than sending loose files for someone else to collate.
- What if the client extends the booking?
- Extensions are agreed at the same rate unless the shift pattern changes. We do not reprice a crew because a client has become dependent on it.
- How quickly can you answer a brief?
- The same working day, with names, rates and availability. Where we cannot cover something we say so immediately rather than holding your enquiry open while we look.
Tell us the site and the start date.
