How quickly can you put a cabling crew on site?

We mobilise in waves: a first team on site while the rest complete induction and documentation, so the job starts without waiting for the full roster. For UK sites that is typically within a week of a confirmed rate.

Which countries do you supply data centre crews in?

The United Kingdom, Ireland and mainland Europe from one UK contract, plus our own crews in Malaysia and Singapore for the Johor–Singapore corridor.

Do you handle cross-border compliance?

Yes. A1 certificates, posting declarations and local site cards — Carte BTP in France, SOKA-BAU in Germany, ECS and CSCS in the UK and Ireland — are completed before anyone travels.

Are your engineers vetted?

Every operative is checked before we offer them: identity and right to work, trade competence backed by references from previous sites, cards, tickets and medical fitness. The full pack is issued to the client before mobilisation.

Do you charge an introduction or transfer fee?

No. There is no finder's fee, and no transfer fee if a client later takes an engineer on directly after a fair qualifying period.

How quickly can a crew start?

Do the crews bring their own tools and test equipment?

Tell us the certification your client requires and we confirm in writing before mobilisation exactly what the crew carries and what the site must provide. We do not leave that to be discovered on day one.

Are the crews employed or subcontracted?

Every operative is engaged under written contract and covered by employer's liability and public liability insurance, with terms mirrored back to back to yours. There is no ambiguity about who carries what.

Will you work behind our name?

Yes. We supply behind main contractors, cabling businesses and agencies, and we do not approach your clients. That is a term of the supply agreement rather than a handshake.

A crew that has worked together before finishes faster than the same number of individuals who met on Monday. That is the whole argument, and it is why we supply teams rather than headcount.

A network cabling crew is not four people with the same ticket. It is a working unit — someone who runs the containment ahead, someone who pulls, someone who terminates and tests behind, and a supervisor who reads the drawing and keeps the labelling honest. Assembled well, that unit installs and certifies at a pace an ad-hoc group never reaches.

Most labour suppliers cannot offer that, because they hold a database rather than a bench. They send four names who have never met, and the first week is spent finding out which of them can actually terminate. On a fit-out programme that week is the programme.

We recruit continuously rather than starting a search when the phone rings, and we keep crews together between jobs wherever the work allows. When you book a crew from us you are booking people who already know each other's pace.

Every crew arrives with the paperwork finished. Right to work verified against what a permit actually allows in that country, trade competence evidenced by references from previous sites, cards and tickets current, medical fitness on file, and the complete indexed pack issued to you before anyone travels. Nobody gets turned away at your gate.

Cat6, Cat6A and Cat7 first and second fix, termination, testing and certification to spec, patching, MAC works and full result packs.

Fibre

Fusion splicing single-mode and multimode, OTDR and light source power meter testing, MTP/MPO and pre-terminated trunk install, cleaning and inspection discipline.

Containment

Tray, basket and ladder installation, cable routing and dressing, bonding, and labelling to TIA-606 as the work goes in rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Racks and white space

Rack build, install and alignment, rack and stack, cross-connects, MMR support, and decommissioning with asset removal.

Supervision included

A working supervisor on every crew who answers to your site manager, attends the briefings, and raises a problem the same day rather than at the end of the week.

Documentation as standard

As-builts, test result packs, O&M content and handover files produced alongside the installation, in the format your client asks for.
