A network cabling team works best when the jobs are split: one person runs the containment ahead, others pull and terminate, and a tester follows behind. Tell us the scope and we put the roles together to match it.
Where the work allows, we keep engineers who have worked together on the same booking.
The paperwork is finished before anyone travels: right to work, with any permit conditions read, card type and expiry, and the induction documents your site asks for.
If an engineer is refused at your gate, we put forward a replacement with the same cards, on terms agreed in writing.

Copper
Cat6 and Cat6A first and second fix, termination, testing and certification to your specification, patching and moves, adds and changes.

Fibre
Fusion splicing, single-mode and multimode. OTDR and light source and power meter testing. MPO and pre-terminated trunks, with end-faces inspected before mating.

Containment
Tray, basket and ladder, cable routing and dressing, bonding, and labelling to TIA-606 as the work goes in.

Racks and white space
Rack build and alignment, rack and stack, cross-connects, and decommissioning with asset removal.

Team lead on request
A team lead from us who works on the tools, attends the briefings and raises a problem the same day. Without one, the team works to your site manager.

Documentation
As-builts, test result files and handover documents produced alongside the installation, in the format your client asks for.

How is a network cabling team put together?
Around the scope: the roles, the region and the dates. Where you need several people, we mobilise in stages: the first engineers start while the rest finish induction.
How quickly can the engineers start?
Start and replacement times go in writing with each PO. The clock starts when we hold the PO, the site address, the induction and RAMS requirements and confirmed access; the site's induction slots sit outside it. For European postings the A1 and local card route sets the date, and we start it the day the rate is agreed.
Do the engineers bring their own tools and test equipment?
Tell us the certification your client requires. Before mobilisation we confirm in writing what the team brings and what the site provides.
Are the engineers employed or subcontracted?
Every engineer works under a written agreement with us, with terms back to back to yours where your agreement requires it.
Will you work behind our name?
Yes. We do not contact your client, during the job or after it. That is a written term of the supply agreement.
What does a network cabling team cost?
One day rate per engineer, agreed in writing before mobilisation. Travel and accommodation on separate lines. Overtime and weekend work only on your written instruction.
What happens if an engineer is not up to standard?
We replace them with someone holding the same cards and skills. If your site disputes a day, we speak to the engineer before anything is deducted.
