Do you have engineers in the North West, or would you move them in?
We tell you which for each booking. Where the local bench does not cover the job, we move engineers in and quote travel and accommodation on a separate line.
How quickly can engineers start in Manchester?
Start and replacement times go in writing with each PO. The clock starts when we hold the PO, the site address, the induction and RAMS requirements and confirmed access; the site's induction slots sit outside it. Travel is planned into the mobilisation.
Can you supply a team lead as well as installers?
Yes. Add a team lead from us, and the team does not need managing by your own staff.
How are teams put together?
Around the scope: the roles, the location and the dates. Where you need several people, we mobilise in stages so the job starts before the whole team has cleared induction.
Will you approach our client?
No. It is a written term of the supply agreement.
