Supplier to agency

You place the person. We deliver the crew.

Different products, same clients. When your client needs eight documented bodies by a date rather than one CV, that is a delivery problem — and it is the one we solve, behind your name.

The objection first, because it is the only one that matters: we do not approach your clients. Not during the work, not after it. It is a term of the supply agreement rather than a promise on a call, and our entire business depends on it holding.

Agencies place individuals. That is a different job to putting a working crew on a data centre floor with a supervisor, a compliance pack and a results pack at the end. When a client asks for volume by a date, chasing it one CV at a time is slow, expensive, and the reason those requirements often go unfilled.

We take that scope. Your client stays yours, your margin stays yours, and the crew goes out under whatever name you need it to.

It also removes the part agencies like least: the paperwork. Right to work, ECS cards with the pathway named, tickets, insurance. For cross-border work, A1 certificates, posting declarations and local site cards — each of which is per person and per posting, not a company credential obtained once.

Non-solicit, in writing

We supply behind agencies, never alongside them. Written into the supply agreement so it is enforceable, not a handshake you have to trust.

Volume without the CV grind

One conversation instead of thirty screening calls. You keep the client relationship; we deliver the people and the supervision.

The compliance layer

Documents finished before anyone travels. Nobody is turned away at a gate, and you are not the one explaining why on the morning of a start.

Cross-border, on one UK contract

Europe and Asia handled our side. One agreement, one invoice, one named coordinator — rather than you sourcing a second supplier in a second jurisdiction.

Test and certify, not just install

Anyone can pull cable. Far fewer can certify it and produce a results pack a consultant will sign — which is what closes a package out and gets your client paid.

Straight answers, same working day

Send the country, the trades and the dates. Names, rates and availability back the same working day, including no when the answer is no. You can pass that on to your client with confidence.

Where we cover

United Kingdom and Ireland for short-notice starts. Mainland Europe on a single UK contract, with the posting compliance ours to solve. Malaysia and Singapore through our own crews rather than a partner's — so an agency with an APAC requirement is not sourcing a third party in a third timezone.

Questions we get asked

Will you go around us to our client?
No. It is written into the supply agreement, not promised verbally. We work behind agencies and contractors, which is a position that only exists while that term is kept — so it is protected commercially as well as contractually.
Are you a competitor of ours?
No. An agency places an individual into a role; we deliver a crew against a scope, with a supervisor and a handover pack. When your client wants a permanent hire, that is your work and we have no interest in it.
Whose name does the crew work under?
Yours, if that is what the client relationship needs. Your PPE, your site rules, your paperwork. We complete your compliance matrix rather than sending files across for you to assemble.
How do the commercials work?
One day rate per operative, agreed in writing before mobilisation, covering the person, our management and our insurance. You price your client as you see fit — we do not need to know your margin and we will not ask.
What if one of ours fails an induction?
We replace at our cost. It rarely happens because documents are checked before anyone is put forward rather than at the gate — which is a fair question to put to any supplier, including us.
Can you cover a requirement we have already failed to fill?
Often, yes, and that is usually how these relationships start. Send us the requirement as it stands, including how long it has been open. A requirement nobody could fill for six weeks tells us something useful about what is actually being asked for.
