A European mobilisation stalls on paperwork: the A1 certificates, the posting declaration, the local site card, the medicals and the accommodation.
We start that paperwork the day the rate is agreed. Right to work is checked against what the permit allows, cards are applied for, and an indexed file per engineer goes to you for approval before mobilisation.
Each document is per person and per posting, so the last one to clear sets the start date. You get that date for the country before you commit.

SOKA-BAU registration, A1 certificates and the posting declaration, with accommodation and site logistics arranged.

ECS and CSCS carded engineers for Irish sites. Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, each with its own posting rules.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. An EU national needs no visa there; a non-EU national is checked against what their permit allows.

Who handles A1 certificates and posting declarations?
We do, as part of the booking. We start them the day the rate is agreed, before mobilisation, because they set the start date.
Do you supply engineers for French construction sites?
Yes. The French route is the CIBTP Carte BTP attestation, the SIPSI posting declaration, residence permits checked against what their conditions allow, electrical authorisation and medical fitness. A complete file per engineer goes to you before anyone travels.
Do the engineers need visas?
An EU national has no visa lead time inside the EU. Where a non-EU national is proposed, we check that the permit allows that work in that country before we put them forward.
Can one contract cover several countries?
Yes. Everything is contracted from GO2DataWorks Ltd in the UK, so a multi-country programme sits on one agreement and one invoice.
How do you price cross-border work?
A day rate per engineer, agreed in writing before travel, with travel and accommodation quoted on separate lines. Overtime and weekends only on written instruction from the site.
