Cross-border
Data centre crews across Europe, contracted from the UK
One entity, one invoice, one point of contact — wherever the site is. The posting paperwork that costs most programmes a fortnight is ours to solve, not yours.
European data centre mobilisation rarely fails on the work. It fails on the two weeks nobody planned for: the A1 certificates, the posting declaration, the local professional card, the medicals, the accommodation nobody booked.
We do that part before anyone travels. Right to work checked against what a permit actually allows — not just that one exists — cards applied for the day the rate is agreed, and a complete indexed file per operative issued to you for approval before mobilisation.
Beyond Europe we run our own crews in Malaysia and Singapore for the Johor–Singapore hyperscale corridor, so a programme spanning both regions sits under one contract rather than two suppliers.
France
CIBTP Carte BTP attestations, posting declaration, electrical authorisation and medical fitness — completed from a standing start, with the full file delivered before travel.
Germany
SOKA-BAU registration, A1 certificates and posting declarations, with accommodation and site logistics arranged as one package.
Ireland & the Nordics
ECS and CSCS carded crews for Irish sites; Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway where local labour is thinnest and rates are strongest.
Benelux & Iberia
Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal — EU-national crews with freedom of movement, so there is no visa lead time.
Malaysia & Singapore
Resident crews for the Johor–Singapore corridor, plus European splicing and testing specialists mobilised in where those skills are scarce.
One commercial line
One UK contract, one invoice, one named coordinator reachable outside office hours. Not a different account manager each week.
Where we cover
United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Czechia, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece — plus Malaysia, Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region on request.
Questions we get asked
- Who handles A1 certificates and posting declarations?
- We do, as part of the package. They are started the day the rate is agreed rather than after mobilisation, because that sequence is what usually costs a European programme its first fortnight.
- Do you supply crews for French construction sites?
- Yes. We have taken a crew through the full French route end to end — CIBTP Carte BTP attestations, posting declarations, residence permits checked against what the mentions actually permit, electrical authorisations and medical fitness — with a complete file per operative delivered before anyone travelled.
- Are the crews EU nationals?
- Predominantly, which means freedom of movement across the EU and no visa lead time. Where a non-EU national is proposed we verify the permit conditions allow that specific work in that specific country before we put them forward.
- Can one contract cover both Europe and Asia?
- Yes. Everything is contracted from GO2DataWorks Ltd in the UK, including our Malaysian and Singaporean crews, so a multi-region programme sits on one agreement and one invoice.
- How do you price cross-border work?
- A day rate per operative agreed in writing before travel, with travel and accommodation quoted separately and openly rather than buried in the rate. Overtime and weekends only against written instruction from the site.
