GO2 Deliver · cabling and fibre packages

Your cabling package, delivered to handover.

Structured cabling and fibre for live and new-build data halls, built to your drawings. One point of responsibility, from the first pull to handover.

The outcome

One point of responsibility for the whole cabling package.

  1. 01

Handed over on the agreed date

A programme agreed with you, a signed gate at each stage and a daily record of progress and blockers.

  2. 02

    Every link tested and traceable

Tested to your specification, the result named by cable ID, the label carrying the same name.

  3. 03

    Our supervisor on site

Our supervisor leads the cabling team. We review every result before it reaches your client.

The scope

Six packages. Each one ends in a record you can check.

For hyperscale and AI halls, colocation builds, enterprise rooms and live sites. Scoped in metres, cores and ports, with the evidence named up front.

Estimate the scope
  1. A finished aisle: dressed copper and fibre in an open cabinet, tray and fibre raceway overhead

    01

    Data-hall structured cabling

Copper and fibre in the white space, rack to rack and rack to panel, installed, terminated, tested and labelled.

Leaves a test file per link, the label schedule, as-builts

  2. Two engineers pulling a high-count fibre cable from the drum up into the riser ladder

    02

    Backbone and high-density fibre

Pulls, MPO trunks and splicing between halls and buildings, single-mode, ribbon and loose tube, for 400G and 800G.

Leaves OTDR traces, the loss budget sheet

  3. Optical distribution frames in a meet-me room, yellow patch cords on slack spools

    03

    MMR and ODF build-out

Optical distribution frames, the cross-connect field and carrier patching, mapped port by port.

Leaves port maps, the test pack

  4. A fusion splicer on the bench under a work lamp, fibre and protection sleeves beside it

    04

    Splicing and termination

Fusion splicing, mass-fusion ribbon and pre-terminated cassette installs.

    Leaves the splice-loss report

  5. An OTDR and launch-cable box on a test trolley, connected to the fibre panel

    05

    Testing and validation

Certification, re-tests of another firm's work and channel validation, with test records for your commissioning team. Nights if needed.

Leaves the certification pack, validation records

  6. An engineer replacing patch cords in a live hall, status lights on in the closed cabinets

    06

    Recabling and Day 2 change

Strip out, re-route and re-label in live halls, inside your change windows. Moves, adds and changes on written request.

Leaves before and after photographs, new as-builts

The delivery method

Five gates between the drawings and the handover.

Nothing moves to the next gate until the last one is signed.

  1. Scope and programme

Drawings, quantities in metres, cores and ports, the specification and the dates.

Signed The priced scope, in writing

  2. Method and test plan

Method statement, RAMS and the test plan, accepted by the site before we mobilise.

Signed RAMS, method and test plan

  3. First-install inspection

We install, test and inspect the first panel with you. The rest of the hall follows that standard.

    Signed The first-install approval

  4. Daily record

Installed, tested, validated and failed, every shift, on one sheet your package manager reads.

Signed The daily record, every shift

  5. Handover

Snags closed, the pack indexed in your client's format and checked against their standard before it is submitted.

    Signed The indexed handover pack

The handover

The pack your client signs off.

Rejected results hold up handover. We build the pack as the work goes in and check it against your client's standard before it is submitted.

Questions

What clients ask before handing us a package.

Who leads the work on a GO2 Deliver package?
A GO2 supervisor leads our team on site and reports to your package manager. They manage our team's permits, the daily record and the first-install inspection. We review every result against the specification before it is issued.
How is a package priced?
One price for the scope, agreed in writing, with payment stages in the contract. Any change to the scope is priced in writing before the work is done.
Can you take over a package another firm started?
Yes. We survey and re-test what is installed, list the gaps on one page, then complete the work to your client's standard.
Do you work as a structured cabling subcontractor outside the UK?
Yes. GO2 Deliver takes packages for main contractors and M&E firms in the UK and Europe, and our engineers have worked across the Middle East and Asia. Papers and permits for each country are confirmed in writing before we mobilise.
Do you validate as well as certify?
Yes. Certification proves each link meets its standard. Validation proves the system works as designed: channels through the patching, polarity and port maps checked against the design.
What do we receive at handover?
An indexed pack in your client's format: results as the tester's own files, the label schedule, port maps, as-builts, validation records and the daily records, ready for your O&M file.
Do you work in live data halls?
Yes. We work inside your change control, to the site's permit-to-work system and in the agreed change windows.
Which standards do you work to?
TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 for cabling, TIA-606 for labelling, BS EN 50174 for installation and IEC 61280-4 for fibre testing, or the standard your specification names.
