We supply directly-managed data centre cabling contractors to main contractors, M&E contractors, integrators and staffing partners — in the UK, across mainland Europe, and in Malaysia and Singapore.
Most data centre programmes do not stall on design or materials. They stall on people: the fit-out date lands, the containment and the copper have to go in, and there are not enough carded hands to do it. Recruitment takes eight to twelve weeks. A programme date does not wait that long.
That is the gap we fill. We are not a CV database and not a competing recruiter. Every engineer is known to us, vetted by us, and answerable to a named coordinator for the life of the job. You get a crew that has worked together before, with the paperwork already done.
Our engineers have delivered on live projects for and alongside ONNEC, CBRE, Kinetic IT and Allied Technical Services. Named references from project managers we currently supply are available on request at tender or PQQ stage.
Structured cabling crews
Cat6, Cat6A and Cat7 install and test, containment and tray, cable dressing, labelling, patching and as-built records.
Fibre optic engineers
Fusion splicing single and multimode, OTDR and light source power meter testing, MTP/MPO termination, full results packs.
Rack and stack
Rack build, install and alignment, cross-connects, white space and MMR support, decommissioning and asset removal.
Working supervision
Working supervisors and team leads who answer to your site manager, plus night shift and weekend cover.
Compliance before day one
Right to work, A1 certificates, ECS and CSCS, Carte BTP, SOKA-BAU, medicals and competence evidence — issued to you before anyone travels.

A single day rate agreed before mobilisation. No introduction fee, no transfer fee, no uplift appearing on the invoice.
Where we cover
United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Austria and Portugal — all contracted from one UK entity, on one invoice. In Asia-Pacific we run our own crews serving the Johor–Singapore hyperscale corridor, and mobilise European splicing and testing specialists into the region where those skills are scarce locally.
Questions we get asked
- How quickly can you get cabling contractors on a data centre site?
- We mobilise in waves rather than making you wait for a full roster: a first team goes on site while the rest complete induction and documentation. For UK sites that is typically within a week of a confirmed rate; for European postings, the A1 and local card route is the pacing item and we start it the day the rate is agreed.
- Are your data centre cabling contractors vetted?
- Every operative is checked before we offer them — identity and right to work, trade competence backed by references from previous sites, cards, tickets and medical fitness. The full indexed pack is issued to the client before mobilisation, or loaded directly into your own compliance portal.
- Do you work behind agencies and main contractors?
- Yes. We work as a supplier behind agencies and contractors, never alongside them. You keep the client relationship and we do not approach your clients.
- What happens if an engineer underperforms?
- We replace from our own bench, so your programme does not stop while a new search runs. If your site ever disputes a day, we come to you first.
- What does it cost?
- A single day rate covering the operative, our management and our insurance, agreed in writing before travel. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and openly. Overtime and weekend work only against your written instruction.
