Structured cabling and engineer deployment aren't niche services — there are established, much larger firms doing both. We're not going to out-scale a company with decades of history and hundreds of staff, and we don't pretend otherwise. What we can control is who actually answers when you call.

Every job, both founders

Hristiyan Dimitrov scopes the work and stays the point of contact from first call to sign-off. Ilia Bakardzhiev runs the crew and holds the technical standard on site. There is no layer between those two people and the work — no account manager relaying a status update from someone who isn't on site.

When something needs a decision mid-job, it gets made by someone who's actually there.

Two ways to work with us, not one blurred pitch

We kept GO2 Engineering (we deliver the install ourselves) and GO2 Workforce(we source and deploy engineers to your programme) as two clearly separate offers, on purpose. A main contractor needing overflow headcount and a client needing a fibre backbone built are asking two different questions. We'd rather answer each one directly than force both into a single generic pitch.

Documented, not just done

• Full test and certification documentation on every circuit, every time — not an add-on.
• Right-to-work and certification status tracked centrally for every deployed engineer.
• One named contact for the duration of the engagement, whichever line you're using.

We're a small company. That's the trade-off, and it's also the point.
